Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Minga London pieces, but if something isn't quite right, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery. All returned items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags still attached.

Return Process

  Register Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all original labels and tags are included to avoid processing delays.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized collection point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.
